I like potato, I like sweet potato too, I know potato can be cooked in many many ways, today I want to make roast potato and want to try how to make crispy potato at home, but I have no oven, so I found this pan fry way, hope you guys like. I think these are the most flavorful crispy roast potatoes you’ll ever make.

INGREDIENTS:

         1 Potato
         1 Sweet potato
         1 tsp Oil
         1 tsp black pepper
         1 tsp chili powder
         1 tsp salt
         1 tsp corn starch

INSTRUCTIONS:

      1. Cut potato into one bite-size, when you cut you need to find a perfect angle of your knife, or you will make mistake like me, and this will make you crazy.
      2. Cut sweet potato, just diced is ok.
      3. Turn on your stove, and boil water, and boil potato and sweet potato in the later, until they were ripe and can be eaten straightly.
      4. Take out the potato and sweet potato, put them in a big bowl, add oil, black pepper, chili powder, salt, corn starch, and mix them well, with a frequency shake.
      5. Turn on the stove, change a pan, add some oil, put potato and sweet potato, just fry and wait patiently until the color change to brown, and the surface change to crispy.
      6. Then you can serve yourself.
