Onion Bacon Stir Fry

Even though I don’t like onions, this dish is also yummy for me. In this onion bacon stir fry, I used the sweet onion, and the chili red pepper is very hot. I like chili recipes. These quick and easy onion stir fry bacon are made in just 20 minutes and use the everyday ingredients!

INGREDIENTS:

1 onion
8 pieces of bacon
4 chili red pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2tsp light soy sauce

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Cut bacon into one bite-size, and sliced onion, diced chili red pepper.
2. Use the pan, add the oil first, put chili red pepper when the oil temperature is ready.
3. Saute chili red pepper for few minutes and put bacon continue to saute until it is brown.
4. Put onion to saute, add bit salt, not much, and light soy sauce. You can add oyster sauce too. Continue to saute for 5minutes.
