9 shrimps
1 big broccoli
4 chili red pepper
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp light soy sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
3 tsp ketchup

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First, to trim broccoli, I like to use scissors, scissor is effective than a knife and more fun than a knife.
2. Cut chili red pepper, just diced is okay.
3.Sliced garlic. this dish needs garlic slices.so don’t chop.
4. Turn on the stove, over the fire, put a pan, add some oil, then put shrimps to cook until it’s color change to white, then put chili pepper and garlic to saute.
5. Last is broccoli, in this step, I have boiled broccoli before to cook.
6. Saute for minutes, and add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup. salt is not necessary, because soy sauce and oyster sauce contained salt, if you add salt, that will be salty.
