This is a Chinese dish can be named with “how to make bok choy with oyster sauce”, but I serve it with lean chicken, garlic, and it’s tasted pretty good. Cuz I’m bored with the simplest just single baby bok choy stir fry recipe. Basically, I think the ketchup is absolutely the soul of this dish.So……

INGREDIENTS:

Two baby bok choy, I found two baby bok choy is too little because bok choy change smaller when it cooked. So I think you should need more bok choy.
Half frozen chicken breast.
Two Red pepper, if you don’t like chili you can drop it. Sugar is okay too.
Four cloves garlic, garlic can be more.
One tsp oil.
One tsp light soy sauce.
One tsp oyster sauce.
Two tsp ketchup sauce.
1/2 tsp salt.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut bok choy, half cut and again, every bok choy can be cut into the quarter.
2. Red pepper and garlic diced. the smaller the better. then cut the chicken into the strip.
3. Turn on the stove and use pan or wok, add oil, garlic, and chili first to saute to you can smell the flavor of spicy and golden brown garlic.
4. Put the chicken to saute till it’s changing to white color then you can put bok choy.
5. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt and ketchup to saute till these ingredients mixed well.
6. High heat all of these steps.it will take about 5 mins to prep and 2 mins to saute.
